The Angel Family: Three weeks and More pictures...

Adaline is now three weeks old! Its hard to believe that three weeks have already gone by! We are all doing well and attempting to establish a routine. We really can't complain; Adaline sleeps and eats well. She is continuing to put on weight and is wearing some 0-3 month old outifts! (We had to go back to the doctor around two weeks to have her re-weighed to ensure she is putting weight. Boy is she! She was 8.75lbs... already past her birth weight!) She typically gets up only twice during the night. We try to feed her around 8:00pm and have her in her crib by 9pm. She will then typically sleep until about midnight...sometimes even 1am or 2am! Then gets up again between 4am and 6am to nurse again depending on what time she got up earlier in the night. I usually then try and get her to go back down until about 9:30am. So we are still averaging about 6-8 hours of sleep a night, its just choppy sleep. And since I am pumping Angel, the wonderful husband he is, will take one of the feeding shifts as long as he doesn't have to be at work at 5am. The nights before his day off he takes the whole night of feedings!!!

Adaline and I went on our first outing (that was not to a doctor's office!) We visited Aunt CACO and cousins Luke and Henry
